Everyone told me it was boring, but lucky me, I got Lynne as my trainer and it was not boring at all!!!

Having done an NSW RSA class 14 years ago - very boring and not really helpful  - it was pleasing to such a knowledgable and informative person in charge.

More interesting than expected. Excellent trainer – consequently I have now booked in for the NSW RCG

I didn't expect the course to be that interesting.  The trainer Lynne was really fun and definately made the NSW Responsible service of Alcohol training course more interesting.

The responsible service of alcohol class was much more enjoyable then anticipated. Lynne was a very informative instructor and delivered the course content in a very engaging manner.

The course was very well explained and I was left interested - not confused.

The knowledge and content was vast and varied - overall an informative and well run session on NSW Liquor and Gaming Responsible Service of Alcohol.

I thought I understood Food Safety having done classes several years ago, but was amazed at how much I didnt know...very glad I now have up to date information, the trainer Peter was fantastic, very patient and explained everything in detail.

Our staff found the training session interesting, informative and easy to sit through. Our trainer was well organised and very professional.

It was great to have someone who has worked in the food industry delivering the training to the staff - offering years of personal experience whilst showcasing and supporting current legislative laws and regulations.

I call it "PJ training" because most of it I completed in my pyjamas. Being a shift worker, it was very easy to access and convenient because I could start and stop anytime, to fit around my work and family commitments. I have worked as a Chef for more than 20 years - including Italy, France and London - I thought I knew all there was to know about Food Safety, until I did this online FSS training, which was very comprehensive and informative, it makes so much sense and a lot has changed since I started in the industry - I actually wasn't looking forward to it, but I am so glad I have had this excellent update and the support when I had a couple of queries, was prompt and very professional  - Rick S - Executive Chef

Excellent course, very informative and would not hesitate to recommend this online course to colleagues. We have already started to implement and place greater focus on the learning from the course. I have done normally face to face training and was a bit skeptical of the online training courses in general, but this training course has changed my mind towards online training courses because it was very informative and easy to follow.

Hi and thankyou for your quick response to my assessment.

I found it fun to do and it has been a real education which has also affected the way I run my kitchen at home. 

It is a cleaner more safer environment and at work I feel more confident and competent to ensure the commercial kitchens I clean and run are safe and hygienic for the Chef and students to prepare food in.

I thought the course would be "jumping through the hoops".

To the contrary, I found it challenging, informative and interesting (despite being in the industry a LONG time).

Oh, and all my dealings with CFT were smooth and professional.

As an accountant by trade, I actually enjoyed working through this online Food Safety Supervisor course... The information is well delivered.

I have just finished a meeting with our head Chef and we have taken all on board. We have already initiated a schedule and action plan for the FSS and venue.

I must say it was a great 'refresher' and the stringent standards that must be met and adhered to.

I would like to add from the 'get go' that initial contact to your office and staff has been professional and helpful on all levels, it is a daunting requirement and was made easier by the smooth running of your office.

Thanks so much, I really enjoyed learning through this online Foo Safety Supervisor course.

Being in the kitchen all day, then sitting in a classroom at night or on my day off wasn't for me. I would rather use this time to catch up with friends or a round of golf! I was able to complete this training at a time to suit me and I didn't need any fancy equipment or super computer skills, it was very easy to understand and follow.
